GRAND THRONE PERSONAL MODIFICATIONS
Each individual’s requirements are different. The Grand Throne can offer options or personal modifications such as an optional addition of 2 further wheels for wheel chair manoeuvrability. This will enable a patient to be wheeled from their bed into the bathroom which would be a choice. Other personal modifications and cost would simply depend upon what further design changes are needed such as size change for extra-large individuals etc. However we have found the initial design would suit the general population and wheels are a simple personal option.

WHERE IS THE GRAND THRONE MANUFACTURED AND WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

WILL MY GRAND THRONE BE INSURED DURING DISPATCH?

All Grand Throne orders will be insured and have a tracking number which can be tracked on the website of The Courier Guy. You will receive your tracking number after you have submitted your Grand Throne order and we have received payment confirmation. If you are concerned about your Grand Throne order, you can contact The Courier Guy with your tracking number or reach out to us and we will assist you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY GRAND THRONE?

The time to manufacture the Grand Throne is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on whether bespoke design is required. Delivery in South Africa takes 5 – 7 days, depending on your location. Note, due to COVID-19, unexpected delays can occur.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY GRAND THRONE ORDER ONCE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

You will receive an email from us with all your tracking numbers and the contact details and website address where you can track your parcel via The Courier Guy. You can also reply to that email and we will assist you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY GRAND THRONE ORDER IN DUE TIME?

If your Throne does not arrive after 7 days from the day it was sent please contact us and we will assist you.
